Mariam Fawaz is a Data Scientist at Early Warning® since January 2022, bringing valuable experience from a previous role as a Research Intern at the Forest Products Laboratory from September 2021 to January 2022. With a strong academic background, Mariam obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where studies were conducted from August 2015 to January 2022. Additionally, Mariam holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, both earned at the American University of Beirut between 2009 and 2015.
