Scott Rauch

Scott Rauch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in insurance and sales operations, currently serving as the Enterprise Strategy & Operations Director at Allstate since February 2016. In this role, Scott oversees recruitment and placement of sales producers, leads a team of innovation consultants, and manages a $40M+ budget for employee-based personal lines. Prior to this position, Scott held various leadership roles at Farmers Insurance, including Head of Field Training Effectiveness and Area Sales Manager, driving significant revenue growth and strategic marketing initiatives. Scott holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business from California State University, Long Beach.
