Troy Hawkes

Troy Hawkes is executive vice president and general manager, Allstate Property-Liability Sales and Distribution. He's responsible for driving innovation in the company's agency and direct distribution channels in the United States and Canada. He also oversees the distribution of life insurance, retirement and investment plans.

Hawkes most recently served as senior vice president, Distribution Strategy. Before joining Allstate in 2013, Hawkes held sales and marketing leadership positions at Farmers Insurance, including territory vice president of a four-state region.

Hawkes earned his bachelor's degree in political science from New Mexico State University. He actively supports Kids in Need of McHenry County, an Illinois nonprofit that provides resources to local foster families, and Blessings in a Backpack, which helps children experiencing food insecurity across the country. He was previously a board member of Junior Achievement of Southeast Michigan, which teaches students how to make smart academic and economic choices as well as plan for their future.
