Sheri Austin

Sheri Austin is an experienced professional currently serving as Lead Coordinator at Zayo Group since August 2024, while also holding the position of Team Lead in Account Investigations at Allstream since August 2000. With a strong background in problem-solving billing issues for a range of telecommunication products, including SIP Trunking, Data, Internet, and Cloud-based services, Sheri has also worked as a Billing Analyst and Credit Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as a Credit Application Adjudicator at GE Capital from July 1996 to August 2000. Sheri's education includes studies at Durham College and The Credit Institute.
