Jim Scott Csc

Jim Scott CSC serves as the Head of Trainee Recruitment and Development at Alltask Limited since October 2021, focusing on the recruitment, development, and retention of Trainee Scaffolders, Asbestos Operatives, and Insulation Technicians. Prior to this, Jim held multiple leadership roles at Optima from September 2011 to November 2021, including Head of Programme, Head of Training and Mobilisation, and Chairman of the Risk Committee, where responsibilities encompassed project design and delivery, training development, and operational risk management. Jim's career began in HM Forces, where extensive experience in engineering and search operations was gained from 1989 to 2011. Educational achievements include a Certified Security Consultant degree from the University of Buckingham.
