Patricia McIntyre is a retired professional with over 10 years of work experience. Patricia began their career in 2009 as a Database Architect at Bogart Associates, Inc. where they provided database development and ETL support for a new web-based program for Badge and Credential Office. In 2011, they joined Salient Federal Solutions as a Senior Database Engineer, where they developed a set of procedures to automatically read data received from various sources and loaded over 6 million data records from text files. In 2013, they became a Technical Project Manager/Software Engineer at Strategic Intelligence Group and then a Sr. Principal Database Design Engineer at BAE Systems in 2014. In 2015, they joined The McKenna Principals, Inc. as a Senior Cloud Developer and Raytheon as a Principal Software System Technologist. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Leidos as a Software Solutions Integrator, developing automated continuous integration processes in a secure Cloud environment. In 2018, they became semi-retired and is now willing to look at part-time and/or at-home work.
Patricia McIntyre has a long history of education. Patricia obtained a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1967 and 1970. Patricia then went on to receive a Master of Science in Computer Science from Villanova University between 1980 and 1983. In 2008-2010, Patricia attended Strayer University and obtained a Diploma in Information Systems - Web Development. In 2015, Patricia attended HortonWorks and took a single class in Hadoop. Additionally, Patricia has obtained two certifications: CompTIA A+ Cert Prep (220-901 and 220-902): The Basics from Lynda.com in March 2018 and Security+ from CompTIA in June 2018.
