Laurie Brescoll Galardi

Laurie Brescoll Galardi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and community operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Support at AllTrails since April 2024, Laurie previously worked as the Director of Customer Support at Shippo from January 2023 to April 2024. Laurie's tenure at Native Instruments spanned from January 2018 to January 2022, where roles included Chief Culture & Community Officer and Global Director of Customer Service. Prior to that, Laurie held various positions at SoundCloud between July 2014 and July 2017, culminating in the role of Global Director of Community Operations. Laurie's experience also includes serving as the Director of Western Region Client Services at BlessingWhite, a division of GP Strategies, from March 2007 to July 2014, and as District Representative for the Office of State Senator Jackie Speier from 2005 to 2006.
