Ameer Aukloo began their work experience in 2018 as an IT support specialist at PwC, where they responded to user requests, troubleshooted problems, and supported hardware and software. In 2019, they worked at Perrieri IT Solutions as a Technical Support specialist. Following this, they joined Help On Call Ltd in 2020 as a Support IT Technician Level 2, responsible for providing IT support externally. Ameer handled troubleshooting, performed remote diagnostics, recorded events and problems, and ensured PCs were up to date with software installations and configurations. Currently, Ameer is a Junior Support Engineer T1 at Alludo, a position they started in 2022.
Ameer Aukloo has a Higher Certificate in Business Management from Regent Business School, which was obtained from 2022 to 2023. In the same year, Ameer also acquired a Certificate in CompTIA A+ from Alison, specializing in Information Technology. Ameer further expanded their expertise in 2023 by becoming (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity from ISC2. In addition, Ameer received a Certificate in Network Security from the Fortinet Training Institute, completing the program both in 2022 and at an unspecified date.
