Joel Perez-Sanchez

Joel Perez-Sanchez has extensive work experience in the field of security engineering and technical support. Joel currently holds the position of Staff Security Engineer at Alludo, starting in May 2023. Prior to this role, Joel worked at OpenTable as a Senior Security Engineer from February 2022 to May 2023, and as a Security Engineer from October 2019 to February 2022. Before joining OpenTable, Joel worked at KAYAK as a Security Engineer from November 2018 to October 2019. Prior to their time at KAYAK, Joel held positions at OpenTable as an IT Technician II from July 2018 to November 2018, and as an IT Support Technician from July 2017 to July 2018. Joel began their career at Genentech as a Technical Support Analyst from July 2016 to July 2017.

Joel Perez-Sanchez received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, which they attended from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Joel has also obtained certifications in G Suite Administration Fundamentals from Coursera in August 2018, and in Application Security and Secure Coding Training course in Python Django from Codebashing in January 2018.
