John Zammit

John Zammit has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. John began their career as a Technical Demonstrator at the University of Malta in September 2018. From July 2015 to August 2019, they worked at Alludo as a Software Developer In Test, where they were involved in multiple projects and responsible for reviewing system requirements, creating test cases, and setting up test environments. In August 2019, John joined Vodafone as a System Engineer, where they played an active and leading role in the access network nodes, including configuration and commissioning activities, system administration, and disaster recovery operations. Currently, since July 2022, John is working as a DevOps Engineer at Alludo, where they focus on designing and implementing highly available infrastructure in large distributed and hybrid cloud environments, collaborating with development teams, and reviewing architectural designs.

John Zammit completed their education at the University of Malta. From 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Following this, they continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Information and Communication Technology with a specialization in Telecommunications from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their academic qualifications, John obtained several certifications from Cisco. These include CCNA: Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation; CCNA: Introduction to Networks; and CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials. The years in which they obtained these certifications are not specified.
