Julia Drozdik

Julia Drozdik has extensive work experience in HR and talent acquisition roles. Julia is currently working as an HR Manager for the EMEA region at Alludo since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at Home Credit Bank from May 2021 to December 2022. Before that, they served as an IT Recruitment Project Manager at Kaspersky from August 2020 to May 2021. Julia also worked at SIBUR as the Head of Talent Acquisition from May 2017 to July 2020, and at Societe Generale as an HR Manager for Rosbank and Rusfinance Bank from November 2010 to May 2017. Julia started their career at VTB24 as a Leading Specialist in the HR Department from June 2006 to June 2008. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Recruitment and Adaptation Manager at FG BCS in 2008.

Julia Drozdik attended Moscow Open Social Academy from 2003 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology and Psychology.
