Victoria Bakhmutskaya

Victoria Bakhmutskaya has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and QA. Victoria began their career in 2010 as a Personnel Department Consultant at the Federal State Social Insurance Foundation, where they were responsible for hiring employees and managing paperwork related to vacation, dismissal, and resignation. From 2014 to 2021, Victoria worked as a Human Resources Development Specialist at the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "The Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Company". In this role, they handled personnel office work, maintained personal files of employees, and prepared and issued certificates. In 2021, they joined Game Insight as an HR Manager, where they worked on salary projects, managed the ticket system and Jira, and handled recruitment, transfer, dismissals, business trips, and other HR duties. Additionally, Victoria pursued a course in "QA Engineer" at English by Yandex Practicum in 2021, where they gained skills in documentation analysis, testing, and using tools like Figma and Adobe Photoshop. In 2022, they joined Alludo as a QA Engineer.

Victoria Bakhmutskaya received their Bachelor of Design degree in Graphic Design from Moscow Humanitarian-Technical Academy (formerly known as Moscow Economic and Linguistic Institute) from the year 2009 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification as an Accountant with in-depth knowledge including 1C: Payroll and personnel management (complex), HR record keeping in 1C: ZUP 3.0 from the Computer Software Center "Specialist" at Moscow State Technical University. N.E. Bauman in January 2014. Victoria also obtained a certification in Conflict Management and Personnel Management from the Branch of St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise "Institute of Arts and Information Technologies" in May 2013.
