Carla Newman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Advisor at ALLUMIN8, a company focusing on orthopedic and spine hardware, Carla has also founded ThreeThought LLC, providing advisory and coaching services to executives and early-stage companies since 2014. With a background in medical device startups, including as Chief Operating Officer at Emerge Medical, which was sold to a Fortune 500 company, Carla has held board positions at The Fannie & John Hertz Foundation and Northpointe Institute for Public Management.
