Dr. Marc Bohmann serves as Director and Vice President at Allunga Advisory since March 2021, while also advising at Red Beard Capital since 2019. At the University of Technology Sydney, Dr. Bohmann has been a PostDoctoral Lecturer, Tutor, and Researcher focused on Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Derivatives Markets since March 2018. Previous roles include Private Equity Consultant at Nightingale Partners, Capital Markets Microstructure Teamlead at Capital Markets CRC Limited, and M&A Analyst at Livingstone. Dr. Bohmann holds a PhD in Financial and Financial Management Services from the University of Technology Sydney, a Master of Science in Business & Management (Finance) from the University of Plymouth, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Control from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences. Academic experience includes energy and financial markets analysis at UC Santa Barbara.
