Jenny Yang, MCom, is an experienced engagement manager specializing in executive search within the private equity sector at Allura Partners, where responsibilities include placing C-Suite leaders to support transformation and growth in portfolio companies since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jenny worked at Westpac Group in talent acquisition, enhancing talent pipelines and candidate experiences from March 2024 to May 2025, and at Korn Ferry, focusing on tech talent acquisition from April 2021 to May 2025. Additional experience includes roles at Hudson in executive search and positions in finance and client advisory at Christian Dior Couture and Tiffany & Co. Jenny holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Melbourne, complemented by a Diploma in Modern Languages.
