Najuka Latkar's work experience begins with their role as an Assistant Manager HR at Allure Commerce, where they started in November 2019 and is currently still employed. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at vivo India from July 2017 to November 2019. Before joining vivo India, they worked as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Chances Resort & Casino - India from October 2015 to December 2016.

Najuka Latkar completed their Master in Commerce degree from Dempo Charities Trusts S.S. Dempo College of Commerce & Economics Altinho from 2013 to 2015. Najuka then pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, specializing in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from 2016 to 2017.
