Sreedhar N. has over 14 years of experience in the beauty and personal care industry. From 2007-2009, they were a Senior R&D Chemist at CBI Laboratories, Inc., where they formulated in-house formulas and developed for customers as per sales team request. In 2009, they were a Senior Chemist at Cobe Color Cosmetics Inc. From 2010-2012, they were a Senior Formulation Chemist at D'Arcy Laboratories, where they formulated skin care and hair care formulations and developed in-house formulations. Sreedhar also formulated for Esteelauder, Origins, Petercoppola, and Serious Skin Care. From 2010-2012, they were a Senior Chemist at Allure Labs, Inc., where they directed research and development (R&D) teams of scientists and developed new formulations for the company's label and/or clients. From 2012-2014, they were a Senior Formulation Scientist R&D at INW United 1 Laboratories, where they communicated with in-house sales and customers to address issues relating to customized formulas and selected compatible raw materials for stable formulation. From 2014-2018, they were a Senior Chemist at SellForce, Inc., where they formulated products, oversaw product formulation and development, and reviewed contract manufacturers' formulas. From 2018-2019, they were a Sr Scientist/R&D Director at Nutrix, where they worked on product research and development projects, including product ideation, reformulation, reverse engineering and new formulations of products for leading national brands. Sreedhar also developed NPA (Natural Product Association) certified products. Currently, they are a Sr. Scientist/Director of Research & Development at Allure Labs, Inc., where they are working on product research and development projects, such as product ideation, reformulation, reverse engineering, and new innovative formulations of products for leading national brands.

Sreedhar N. obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy - BPharm from Gulbarga University between 1985 and 1991. Their field of study included Pharmaceutics and Drug Design as well as Industrial and Physical Pharmacy and Cosmetic Sciences.
