Isabelle Richter is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Representative at Allure Security since August 2025. Prior to this role, Isabelle held positions as an Inside Sales Representative at Fortra and an Underwriting Services Associate as well as a Member Services Associate at PURE Group of Insurance Companies. Early career experiences include internships in marketing and business development at Lisi Lerch, Corbett Inc., and Lisi Lerch, Inc., where Isabelle gained skills in social media management, client lead development, and customer service. Isabelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Real Estate from the College of Charleston, complemented by a strong foundation from Conestoga Senior High School.
