Margot Le Morvan

Margot Le Morvan is the Chief People & Production Officer at Allure Systems. Margot has a background in HR, and has worked as an HR Generalist for Mirakl from September 2017 to September 2018. There, they were responsible for recruitment missions (financial and business roles), administrative missions, career management, and HR projects. Margot advised business managers on organization, legal and disciplinary matters, individual performance evaluation, promotion and salary reviews, and followed up with hired employees. Margot also piloted an internal engagement survey and analyzed the results to propose an action plan. Margot is passionate about their work in HR and is always looking for ways to improve the employee experience.

Margot Le Morvan graduated from Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques with a master's degree in relations and international affairs. Margot then went on to study psychology and human resources at Université Paris 8, earning a master's degree in work psychology and human resources. Margot later completed a Master's 2 in project management at ISMaPP and a Master's 2 in public law at UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

Margot Le Morvan reports to Gabrielle Chou, Founder & CEO. They work with Kevin Spector - SVP, Business & Strategy, Brands, Sze Kei Hue - VP, Business Development, and Agathe Hladky - COO.
