Javier Ibañez

Javier Ibañez has diverse work experience in various leadership roles.

Starting in 1991, they worked at Alcon as a Tesorero (Treasurer) in Argentina.

From 1995 to 2008, they worked at Galderma in different positions, including Gerente de Administracion y Finanzas (Administration and Finance Manager) in Argentina, Reporting Manager, and Area Finance Manager for Latin America.

In 2011, they became the Regional Controller LATAM at Galderma, responsible for finance in the region. Javier also participated in business development projects and ensured compliance with policies and regulations.

In 2015, they became the General Manager of Galderma in Argentina and later took on the role of General Manager Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia) in 2016.

In 2017, they joined ZELTIQ as Vice President LATAM, overseeing operations in Latin America, including sales, marketing, legal matters, and distributor management.

In 2018, they worked as a Consultant for LATAM at Teoxane Laboratories, where they managed operations, marketing, and legal matters in Latin America.

From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles at Allurion Technologies, including Executive Director of Sales LATAM and Executive Director of Emerging Markets (LATAM-APAC) & North Europe. Finally, they became the Vice President of International Sales in January 2021.

Javier Ibañez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration from Universidad del CEMA, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Lic. en Economía) from Universidad del Salvador between 1990 and 1995, specializing in Economics.
