Mischa Tuffield

Mischa Tuffield is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading engineering and technology teams. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Alluvial since October 2023, Mischa is focusing on the development of the Liquid Collective, an institutional-grade liquid staking protocol. Prior to this role, Mischa was the Chief Technology Officer at Boson Protocol from August 2021 to October 2023, where efforts concentrated on creating a trust-minimized protocol for decentralized commerce. Mischa's background includes serving as the Founding CTO at Monolith, CTO at Antidote.me and State, as well as holding various engineering leadership positions at Peerindex and Garlik. Mischa's educational credentials include a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh.
