Melissa Darko has a diverse work background that spans over different industries. Melissa started their career in 2005 as a First Assistant Manager at maurices, where they were responsible for sales goals and store operations. From 2013 to 2015, they worked for The State of Montana as a Compliance Specialist/Child Support Investigator, focusing on locating absent parents and enforcing support orders. Melissa then transitioned to Rural Dynamics Incorporated in 2015, where they served as a Grant Administrator, responsible for researching funding opportunities, writing proposals, and evaluating grant programs. In 2017, they became the Executive Director at RDI Community Lending, overseeing the organization's administration and operations. Recently, they held various roles at Alluvion Health, including Program Manager, Revenue Cycle Manager, Marketing Event Strategist, and Clinical Transformation Director. Melissa's most current position is Revenue Cycle Director at Alluvion Health.
