Lori Spencer PMP, PMI-ACP has extensive experience in project management and process optimization consulting. Lori has worked as a Sr. Project Manager at Alluvionic Inc., a Project Manager at Brindle Services LLC, and a Project Manager at Apex Data Solutions LLC. Lori has managed complex projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $30M and has effectively managed schedules, budgets, and risks using Agile methodology. Lori has also served as a Project Manager at Harris Corporation, InterActive Legal, Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, and Matsushita Avionics Systems Corporation. Their responsibilities included overseeing portfolios of over 25 projects, deploying products to a customer base, and managing software versions. Lori has also served as a Software Quality Engineer and a Software Configuration Manager, managing teams and ensuring quality standards per ISO 9000 and airline industry standards.

Lori Spencer PMP, PMI-ACP graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1988 where they studied Liberal Arts. Lori then attended the University of California San Diego from 1988 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science - BS in Mechanical Engineering. Later in their career, they obtained two certifications from the Project Management Institution: the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) in July 2017 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) in May 2005.
