Dave Winfield is a water resources and environmental professional with over 20 years of experience in policy development, water management, and water sharing at various levels. Dave has worked on projects for government agencies and consulting firms, leading the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for water resource planning. Dave has also provided expert advice on environmental regulation, pollution control, and policy development in regions such as New South Wales and the Murray-Darling Basin. With a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resources from the University of New England, Dave has a strong background in water resource management and policy.
