Clayton Hicks

Clayton Hicks has a diverse work experience in the sales and management field. Clayton currently holds the position of Sales Enablement Specialist at Allvue Systems since April 2022. Prior to this, Clayton worked at Enterprise Holdings from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles, including Tri-Branded Branch Manager, Branch Rental Manager, Assistant Manager, Station Manager, and Management Trainee. At Enterprise Holdings, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved notable accomplishments such as increasing overall fleet growth and profits, leading sales trainings, conducting performance reviews resulting in employee promotions, and consistently achieving high customer service scores. Clayton was also recognized as the #1 branch in the Chicago group for two consecutive months.

Clayton Hicks obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Indiana University Bloomington, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they received certification in the Allvue Challenger Sales Program from Allvue Systems in December 2022.
