Ellen Jones

Ellen Jones is a skilled professional with a background in computer science. Ellen has held various technical roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in software development and technical solutions. Currently, Ellen serves as the Director of Escalation Engineering at Allvue Systems, where Ellen also holds the title of Head of Technical and Professional Development and Solutions Architect. Prior to this, Ellen worked at Black Mountain Systems as a Professional Services Engineer, Competitor Group as a Senior Developer, and Esri as an Applications Programmer. Ellen Jones graduated from The College of Wooster with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science in 2009.
