Trib Kharkwal

Trib Kharkwal, Ph.D. has extensive experience in product management, particularly in the financial technology industry. Trib is currently serving as the Principal Product Owner at Allvue Systems since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director Product and Engg at Eka Software Solutions from April 2021 to July 2022.

In 2018, Trib co-founded Trxiea Platforms and Solutions, where they served as the Chief Product Curator. Trib led a team in building India's first cloud-based eFX and treasury trading platform for Banks and successfully implemented it with one of the largest Private Banks in India. Trib's role at Trxiea Platforms and Solutions lasted from January 2018 to March 2021.

Before founding Trxiea Platforms and Solutions, Trib had a notable tenure at Finastra, starting in 2011. Trib held various roles at Finastra, including Director of Product Management in areas such as Treasury, Regulatory Initiatives, eTrading, and Reference Data Service. Trib also played a key role as a Product Manager for a new SaaS offering in the Reg Tech space. Additionally, Trib served as the Head of Product Management for FusionCapital Opics & eTrading at Misys, a subsidiary of Finastra. Trib's time at Finastra spanned from May 2011 to December 2017.

Furthermore, Trib worked as an External Product Consultant from April 2010 to April 2011, where they took on projects involving Credit Derivative FO implementation and VaR and Market Risk at various financial institutions.

Earlier in their career, Trib worked as a Sr. Managing Consultant at IBM Global Services from October 2008 to March 2010, specializing in trading and risk solutions. Trib also held positions as a Sr Business Analyst at Reval, a Team Lead at Quinnox consultancy Pvt Ltd, and a Sr Business Analyst Capital Markets and Investment Banking at Infosys Consulting.

Trib's career began as a Quantitative Analyst at Quantstar in January 2006, where they conceptualized a pricing and risk management system for MBS securities.

Throughout their career, Trib has demonstrated expertise in product management, risk analytics, and trading solutions within the financial technology industry.

Trib Kharkwal, Ph.D., holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in management science (operations research) from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at The University of Alabama, USA. Trib completed their Ph.D. studies from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Systems Engineering from IISWBM, Calcutta University, from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, they received an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from G. B. Pant University Of Agriculture & Technology, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
