Ericka Sharples

Ericka Sharples, PMP, serves as Finance Manager and Corporate Development Project Manager at Allworth Financial since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing unification activities across various functional groups, developing standardized project templates, and facilitating the integration of partner firms. Previously, Ericka held the position of Manager at Motive Power, Inc. from December 2014 to July 2021, overseeing project delivery, achieving significant sales targets, and leading successful RFP responses. Earlier experience includes a Peer Advisor role at the University of Oregon's Charles H. Lundquist College of Business and an internship at Aerojet Rocketdyne. Ericka is currently pursuing an MBA from California State University-Sacramento while holding a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from the University of Oregon.
