Nick Wood

Nick Wood is a seasoned professional in internal audit and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Allwyn UK since January 2025. Prior to this role, Wood held the position of Head of Internal Audit at Lookers plc from September 2020 to January 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the internal audit function and ensuring the effectiveness of governance and risk management at the executive level. Wood’s experience also includes serving as Head of Risk Management and Head of Corporate Assurance/Audit at Inchcape plc, where oversight of global risk management activities and the implementation of a risk assurance framework were key responsibilities.
