Before joining Freddie Mac, Eric worked as a Consultant at CC Pace, and prior to that, they were involved in loan origination at Independance Financial. In their early career, they worked at ITT Financial as a Mortgage Account Executive and Assistant Branch Manager, where they originated mortgage loan business, trained staff, and implemented changes to the mortgage loan processing system.
