Eric Sorensen

Eric Sorensen has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Eric has recently been working as the Vice President of Program Delivery at Allwyn Corporation since February 2023. In this role, their focus is on supporting Allwyn's growth trajectory by leading client engagement transformation through IT modernization, low code platforms, AI/Machine Learning, and thought leadership.

Eric managed a team of over 60 members, overseeing program management, customer success, customer consulting, customer support, training and education, and corporate facilities. Eric led a C-level initiative to improve the PMO, resulting in a 25% improvement in on-time and on-budget product releases and implementations.

Eric also has extensive experience at Freddie Mac, where they held multiple roles from 2000 to 2015. These roles include VP of Operations - Making Home Affordable Compliance, Senior Director of Loan File Operations, Director of Customer Management and Technology Integration, Manager of Broker and Correspondent Sales, and Manager of Program and Technology Adoption. In these positions, they led various teams and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance compliance, reduce operational breakdowns, improve vendor performance, and drive product adoption.

Before joining Freddie Mac, Eric worked as a Consultant at CC Pace, and prior to that, they were involved in loan origination at Independance Financial. In their early career, they worked at ITT Financial as a Mortgage Account Executive and Assistant Branch Manager, where they originated mortgage loan business, trained staff, and implemented changes to the mortgage loan processing system.
