Jason Richardson

Jason Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles and responsibilities. Jason most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Promise since January 2024. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Operations at Promise from May 2023 to January 2024.

Before joining Promise, Jason spent 10 years at Palantir Technologies, where they progressed through various roles, starting as a Project Management and Operations specialist before transitioning into team lead and eventually becoming a group-level lead. During this time, they focused on establishing and improving teams across operations, project management, product support, and industrial security functions.

Jason's earlier experience includes working as a System Administrator at Windstream Communications and PAETEC, where they were responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting Linux and UNIX systems. Jason also managed enterprise applications and contributed to technology planning.

Additionally, Jason has worked at Iberdrola USA as a Lead Analyst, overseeing the deployment and management of enterprise Linux and Windows systems, along with various other IT functions. Jason has also held consultant and system administrator roles at Ciber and Xerox, respectively.

Jason Richardson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Nazareth University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Jason later pursued a Master of Science degree in Management from the same university, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they are certified as a RedHat Certified System Administrator by Red Hat Inc. and has obtained a certification in Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) from the US Government.
