Swathi Young

Swathi Young has over 10 years of experience in the technology and management consulting fields. In 2010, they began their career as a Director Application Development and Senior Product Manager at SunGard Availability Services. In 2014, they moved to Amtrak, where they served as Senior Director, Applications Development, leading the development and launch of new digital platforms. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Management Consultant for various clients. In 2018, they joined StreetShares as a Management Consultant, which was acquired by MeridianLink in the same year. In 2019, they began working at Integrity Management Services, Inc. as Chief Technology Officer and Management Consultant, where they created the company's Innovation Lab and led a team of Data Scientists. In the same year, they also started working at George Mason University as an Adjunct Subject Matter Expert and Instructor on Big Data and Management. Currently, they are Chief Technology Officer at both Allwyn Corporation and SustainChain\u2122.

Swathi Young is currently enrolled in Georgetown University, where they are pursuing an Executive MBA. In 2020, they completed a course at MIT Sloan School of Management on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy. Swathi also attended the KPMG Executive Leadership Institute for Women and earned a Bachelor of Technology from Pondicherry University in Electronics and Communications Engg. In 2012, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from the ITIL Institute, and in 2011 they obtained a Practical Product Management certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
