Kelsey Young

Kelsey Young has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kelsey began their career as a Consulting Intern at Alvarez and Marsal in 2006, where they evaluated various aspects of client operations and analyzed potential client data. Kelsey then worked as an Investment Operations Intern at Russell Investments, where they managed policy and procedure updates and participated in risk assessments. In 2008, they worked as an English Teaching Assistant at the French Department of Education. In 2009, they returned to Alvarez and Marsal as a Director, delivering re-design and implementation projects in various industries. In 2018, they joined Camelot Illinois as the Senior Director of Business Planning and eventually became the Vice President of Strategy in 2020. In the same year, they also became a Member at Chief, a private network for senior women leaders. Overall, Kelsey Young has demonstrated proficiency in strategy development, operational planning, data analysis, communication planning, and change management across different industries.

Kelsey Young attended the University of Puget Sound from 2004 to 2008, majoring in Business Administration with a focus on Business, French, and Politics. In 2006, Kelsey also participated in a program at the Institute for the International Education of Students, studying Politics, Economics, and French. Prior to university, Kelsey Young attended Columbine High School from 2000 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Kelsey obtained a Company Secretary certificate from The Corporate Governance Institute in 2024.
