Adam Lorenz, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist at Ally Construction Services since January 2023. Prior to this role, Adam worked at JS Benefits Group in HR and Employee Benefits Consulting from March 2022 to January 2023, and at United States Cold Storage, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist from December 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included updating HR policies, managing HR functions for multiple locations, and overseeing employee records. Adam also has a military background, having served as a Human Resources Manager for the US Army, where management of personnel support for over 1,500 individuals was pivotal, and as an Aviation Maintenance Administration Specialist in the United States Marine Corps, overseeing administrative tasks for over 100 Marines. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Troy University, completed in October 2021.
