Sherrie Ptak

Sherrie Ptak, RN, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Ally Home Care since November 2022 and has been the Director of Recruitment at Aroga since February 2021. With extensive experience in the healthcare field, Sherrie worked as an Occupational Nurse Case Manager at WorkCare, Inc. from March 2016 to June 2019, managing telephonic triage of work-related injuries. Prior roles include Clinical Advisor/Utilization Review Nurse at Humana and Case Management Nurse at both Lake Norman Regional Medical Center and Carolinas HealthCare System. Sherrie's earlier experience encompasses positions such as Recovery Audit Contractor Nurse at Inventiv Medical Management and Utilization Review Nurse at Aetna. Sherrie also contributed to patient education as a MOM's Program Patient Educator at Arnot Ogden Medical Center and worked as an Endoscopy Nurse in multiple facilities. Sherrie earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Lake Superior State University between 1982 and 1986.
