Simona Kadlecová

Simona Kadlecová has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Intern in the HR Department at AVE CZ odpadové hospodářství s.r.o. in 2014. Simona then joined Kariéra s.r.o. - personální agentura as a Recruitment Consultant in December 2015. In May 2015, they participated in the Work & Travel Program at Best Western International, where they gained valuable experience in improving their English and exploring American culture. Simona then joined Cpl Jobs Czech Republic in April 2016 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

In 2018, Simona joined Allyn International, where they held various roles. Simona began as an EMEA Recruitment Specialist from June 2018 to September 2019. From October 2019 to March 2020, they served as an HR Manager CZ, and from March 2020 until the present, they are responsible for the HR Manager EMEA & India role. Throughout their career, Simona has developed strong HR and recruitment skills, demonstrating their versatility and dedication in the field.

Simona Kadlecová pursued their education at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. From 2009 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's degree (Bc.) in Provoz a ekonomika. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same institution and earned a Master's degree (Ing.) in Provoz a ekonomika from 2013 to 2016.
