Hazel Nabarro

Hazel Nabarro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, community building, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of Community for Arāya Ventures Academy Angels and as an Angel Investor at Alma Angels since April 2024, Hazel also founded and directs FemFinity, a growth advisory company focused on empowering female entrepreneurs. Hazel previously held the position of Head of Growth Marketing - Global at Goodays (formerly Critizr) from March 2019 to December 2023, and was instrumental in launching Critizr in the UK and Ireland. Earlier in the career, Hazel served as CMO at Big Data For Humans, contributing to the development of a customer marketing platform. Early professional experience includes roles in recruitment and brand promotion. Hazel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lancaster University and participated in an exchange program at UNSW.
