Elissa Ruiz

Elissa Ruiz is currently the Therapeutic Behavioral Services Coordinator at Alma Family Services. Elissa has been working in this position since June of 2008. Prior to that, they worked as an MFT Trainee at Glen Roberts Child Study Center from July 2007 to June 2008. In that position, they provided individual, family, group therapy, and Spanish-language parenting classes in a child-centered agency-based setting. Elissa also provided in-person intake assessments, DSM diagnosis, comprehensive treatment plans, and case management.

Elissa Ruiz has a B.S. in Clinical Psychology from UC San Diego and an M.S. in Marital & Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary.
