Ruthy Guimpel

Ruthy Guimpel has extensive experience in project and operations management, specializing in the development and implementation of medical products and IT systems. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Operational Product Manager at Alma Lasers International since May 2020, Ruthy leads interdisciplinary teams to enhance workflows and integrate IT solutions. Previous roles include IT Leader at Fast Sourcing Solutions Ltd., where Ruthy improved working processes and supported IT tools, and Process Control Manager-IT at Plasan Sasa Ltd., focusing on cross-organizational processes and implementing Oracle systems. Ruthy also directed processes for a merged company at Arazim and led a significant production site transfer project at Lumenis. Ruthy’s career includes earlier positions as Program Manager and Project Manager at Elscint Ltd. Ruthy holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
