Francesca Ham

Francesca Ham began their work experience in 2002 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Alderm, where they worked until 2004. Francesca then moved on to Photo Therapeutics as a Marketing Manager from 2004 to 2007. Francesca joined Syneron as a Marketing Communications Manager in 2007, and later became the Director of Marketing Communications at Syneron Candela from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they became the Marketing Director for Topical Products at Syneron until 2013. From 2014 to 2017, Francesca worked at Cutera, Inc. as the Director of Marketing Communication and Brand Management. In 2017, they founded Piggyback Studio, LLC and served as the Principal Marketing Consultant until 2018. Currently, Francesca is the Vice President of Marketing at Alma Lasers North America, a position they have held since October 2018.
