Delfín Rueda

Delfin Rueda Arroyo is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Managing Director of Finance at Squircle Capital, an innovative pan-European private equity firm, since July 2023. Concurrently, Delfin is a Venture Partner at Mundi Ventures and holds multiple significant positions including Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at Adyen and Non-Executive Board Member at Allfunds. In April 2023, Delfin assumed the role of Non-Executive Director at Flow Traders. Delfin previously chaired the European Insurance CFO Forum and served on the Supervisory Boards of several Nationale-Nederlanden subsidiaries and NN Re (Netherlands) N.V. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a Master's in Economic Analysis and Quantitative Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, with further studies in transformational leadership and sustainability leadership.
