Maria del Mar Alonso

Maria del Mar Alonso is the Investor Relations Director at Alma Mundi Ventures. Maria has over 20 years of experience in strategic management, corporate development, and business development.

Ms. Alonso began their career as a Corporate Banking Analyst at Banque BEMO sal. Maria then transitioned to interior design, becoming an Interior Architect at Selective Design Ltd. From there, they co-founded Lines Ltd., a company specializing in franchise management and consulting. Ms. Alonso then joined Université Paris-Dauphine as a full-time researcher in strategic management.

In January 2018, Ms. Alonso became a Strategy and Corporate Development Advisor at Franchise Management - Conseil. Maria held this position until December 2019, when they joined Alma Mundi Ventures as an Investor Relations Director. In this role, Ms. Alonso is responsible for developing and executing the Alma Mundi Ventures’ investment strategy.
