Katharine Santos (Karee)

Katharine (Karee) Santos is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation and corporate law. Currently serving as Of Counsel and Trial Attorney at Valiotis & Associates PLLC since November 2021, Katharine independently manages commercial cases through all legal stages, including trials and appeals. Concurrently, as Associate General Counsel at Alma Realty Corp, Katharine prepares and negotiates commercial leases while overseeing the selection of lease templates. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Lynn Gartner Dunne, LLP, where significant litigation matters were handled, and litigation responsibilities at Greenblatt & Agulnick, P.C. Additionally, Katharine co-authored two books with Ave Maria Press. Educational qualifications include a B.A. cum laude in Political & Social Thought and Japanese, and a JD from the University of Virginia.
