Yhoselin Beltran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Yhoselin started their career in 2014 as a Practitioner of Purchasing at NG Restaurants S.A., where they were responsible for contacting suppliers and processing purchase orders. Yhoselin then worked at Natura, where they held various roles, including Assistant in Product Activation - Product Marketing, Analyst of Performance Commercial Training - Relationship Marketing, and Assistant in Commercial Attraction - Relationship Marketing. At Natura, their responsibilities included analyzing performance indicators, managing databases, coordinating marketing campaigns, and organizing events. Yhoselin also worked as a Commercial Chief (Co-owner) at Wonder Corporation, where they developed and analyzed annual business plans, identified business opportunities, and established strategic alliances with clients and suppliers. Most recently, Yhoselin has been working at L'Occitane Group as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for executing marketing actions, coordinating with logistics and sales teams, and ensuring compliance with marketing strategies and objectives. Yhoselin is currently working at Almacén Gurú as part of the Marketing and Customer Success team.
Yhoselin Beltran achieved a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru, specializing in Administration and Business Management. Yhoselin completed their studies at this institution in 2017. Currently, Yhoselin is enrolled in Pacífico Business School since 2021, pursuing a degree in Customer Experience - CX Design and Management, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In the following year, they plan to pursue a specialization in Agile Marketing at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Advanced Google Analytics from Google in January 2022.
