Younes Nagem

Younes Nagem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, entrepreneurship, and telecommunications. As the Chairman, CEO, and Founder of BYTE Organization since October 2016, Nagem has led initiatives aimed at fostering technology leadership among youth in Benghazi. Additionally, Nagem serves as EE Program Manager for the Entrepreneurship Exchange program at the William Davidson Institute, connecting undergraduate students across multiple countries to address climate-related challenges. Past roles include telecommunications engineer at Almadar Aljadid, Libya Program Manager at the William Davidson Institute, and consultant for organizations such as Freedom House and the UN. Younes Nagem holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Benghazi and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions, including Duke University and Maastricht School of Management.
