Basem is currently a Senior Partner at StartRight, offering legal services tailored for High Growth & Tech Startups in the MENA Region. With a background in law, Basem is also the Managing Partner at AlMaghthawi & Partners, focusing on legal services. Additionally, Basem has experience as a Managing Partner at Hani Qurashi Legal Group and as a Head of Corporate at Hani Qurashi Law Firm in Cooperation with Kilpatrick Townsend. Basem holds a LPC LL.M in "International Merger & Acquisition," a LL.M. in "International Trade Law," a LL.B., and a Diploma in Law and social studies from the University of Law, University of Sussex, and University of Sussex, respectively.
