Saad Almajdouie.

Saad Almajdouie has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Saad started their career in 2011 at Almajdouie Holding, where they held multiple roles, including HR Manager and Organizational Development Department (OD) member. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and evaluating the organizational structure, job descriptions, and job evaluations within the company. Since 2021, Saad has been working as the Human Resources Director at Almajdouie Logistics.

Saad Almajdouie completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from King Faisal University, Eastern Province from 2003 to 2008. Saad then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management from De Montfort University between 2009 and 2011. In 2010, Saad also earned a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the European Business Learning Academy and a Diploma in Information Resources Management from the United Kingdom and International Correspondence Colleges. Additionally, Saad Almajdouie obtained a Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2015.
