Azhar Iqbal

Azhar Iqbal is a seasoned production and process management professional with extensive experience in the food and nutrition industry. Currently serving as Production Manager for both Dairy & Juice and Infant Nutrition at Almarai since August 2019, Azhar oversees the production of infant nutrition products, ensuring compliance with stringent quality and safety standards such as GMP and HACCP. Previous roles at Almarai included Process Engineer and Senior Team Manager, where optimization of production processes and adherence to regulatory standards were key responsibilities. Prior to Almarai, Azhar held positions at Mead Johnson Nutrition, Diversey, Noon Pakistan Limited, and Rainbow Dye-Tech, gaining expertise in production management, quality control, and food safety systems. Azhar holds an MSc (Hons) in Food Science & Technology from the University of Agriculture, Peshawar.
