Hilary Baker

Hilary Baker is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as the North America HR Manager at Almatis since March 2018, Hilary previously held the position of HR & Administration Manager. Prior to Almatis, Hilary managed human resources at IBEX | Global from 2015 to 2018 and worked as a District HR Business Partner at The Home Depot between 2010 and 2015. Hilary Baker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Elon University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from La Roche University.
