Bent Thomas Miedema

Bent Thomas Miedema is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in claims, underwriting, and quality management. Currently serving as Head of claims for Liability, Cyber, and Cargo Insurance at Alm. Brand Group since June 2022, Miedema has played a pivotal role in the organization since joining in 2003, holding various managerial positions in commercial underwriting and operations. Prior experience includes a managerial role in marine cargo and liability at Tryg Forsikring from 1996 to 2003. Miedema holds a Graduate Diploma in Leadership from the Engineering College of Copenhagen and has pursued further education at the University of Copenhagen and CBS Executive Fonden.
